Our Return Policy:

The Petite Rose Boutique gladly accepts returns of regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date, with the exception of handmade, or embroidered items. 

Please carefully review the conditions of our return policy below:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them (Ex: tags still attached; in original packaging).
  • Refunds will not be initiated until the merchandise is received and deemed in acceptable condition.
  • Improperly washed and worn merchandise does not qualify for a return, refund, or store credit. No exceptions!
  • Merchandise received in poor condition will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
  • We are no longer able to accept returns by mail. Returns may only be made in person, at our pop up markets/mobile boutique within 30 days of purchase. If shopping with us in person, we strongly encourage you to try your items on before you purchase.
  • For Online Orders Only: We are unable to refund shipping fees once the order has been fulfilled.
  • Your will receive your refund via your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments: Refunds will be issued back to the card used when the purchase was made. Please allow a few business days for your refund to process. For cash payments: You will receive cash back. 
  • If your items arrive damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days and prior to wearing, or washing to request a refund. 
  • We do not offer price adjustments, or price matching. 
  • Exchanges: Even exchanges may be made in person, at our mobile boutique only, within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Handmade items, embroidered styles, intimates (including bralettes & bodysuits) and e-gift cards are never eligible for return. 
  • Sale items are final sale!
    • This applies to both in person and online orders!
    • Final sale merchandise includes: Any sale item, discount codes, automatically applied discounts, markdowns & seasonal promotions (Ex: BOGO deals, Mystery Bags, etc.).
