Return Policy

Our Return Policy:

The Petite Rose Boutique gladly accepts returns of regular priced merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please carefully review the conditions of our return policy below:

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase, or postmarked date for a refund.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them (Ex: tags still attached; in original packaging).
  • Refunds will not be initiated until the merchandise is received and deemed in acceptable condition.
  • Improperly washed and worn merchandise does not qualify for a return, refund, or store credit. No exceptions!
  • Merchandise received in poor condition will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.
  • We do not cover return shipping fees. If shopping with us in person, we strongly encourage you to try your items on before you purchase.
  • For Online Orders Only: We are unable to refund shipping fees once the order has been fulfilled.
  • For Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued back to the card used when the purchase was made. Please allow a few business days for your refund to process.
  • For Cash Payments: Cash payments will receive a shop credit for the purchase amount in the form of an e-gift card. If returning in person, you may receive cash back. 
  • If your items arrive damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days and prior to wearing, or washing to request a refund.
  • We do not offer price adjustments, or price matching.
  • Exchanges: Even exchanges may be made in person, at our mobile boutique only, within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Intimates (including bodysuits) and e-gift cards are never eligible for return. 
  • Sale items are final sale!
    • Final sale merchandise includes: Any sale item, discount codes, automatically applied discounts, markdowns & seasonal promotions (Ex: BOGO deals, Mystery Bags, etc.).
      • This applies to both in person and online orders!
